Terms of service

Scope of Services: ACE Builders Ltd. provides labor leasing services for construction projects, helping clients find the right people for the job and manage their workforce more efficiently.

1. Worker Qualifications: All workers provided by ACE Builders Ltd. have undergone a rigorous screening and selection process, and meet all applicable legal requirements. However, ACE Builders Ltd. cannot guarantee the skill level or performance of any individual worker.

2. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing a safe and healthy work environment for the workers provided by ACE Builders Ltd. , and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. The client also agrees to indemnify and hold ACE Builders Ltd. harmless from any claims arising from the client's use of the workers.

3. Payment Terms: The client agrees to pay ACE Builders Ltd. for the services provided, in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the contract. Any late payments will incur a finance charge.

4. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for paying any outstanding amounts owed to ACE Builders Ltd..

5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.

6. Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

7. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral. No amendment to this agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
